| Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval |
| Details: | We welcome pets at Victoria Square Apartments. The initial non-refundable pet fees are $200 for one pet and $300 for two. Breed restrictions apply. Pets may be dogs or cats or most other caged animals (upon approval from the office). We do not accept Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Mastiff, Olde English Bull Dog, Presa Canario (Canary Dog), Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Dalmatian, Saint Bernard, Great Dane or any mix of these breeds. A signed pet addendum is required; our pet rent is $20 per pet per month. |
